Our team at Backyard Bones is full of talented, caring and energetic people! We will take care of your dogs as if they were our own. Each team member has been trained on all protocols for the safety and fun of your dog. We pride ourselves on the care and attentiveness we provide each and every dog that visits our facility. Below are the team members and a little bit about them!

MICHELE MONTEIRO
FOUNDER/TRAINER

Michele is a certified dog trainer. She received her CPDT certificate in Obedience Training and Behavior Consultation. Michele began in the corporate world straight out of college but a couple years later realized her true calling was to work with animals. She took the leap and was paired with an amazing mentor to begin her journey in dog training. She was certified within a year and never looked back. Working in an Indoor Dog Park was a dream of hers because not only does it encompass training but TONS of fun for both human and dog.

ELIZABETH LIDESTRI
MANAGER

Liz is the Manager at Backyard Bones, she is nothing short of FANTASTIC! Liz has been working around dogs for 7 years. She absolutely loves each and every pup she meets with no exception. Liz is extremely passionate about understanding dog behavior and making sure any dog she interacts with always has a positive experience, especially our Backyard Bones pups. She has 2 dogs of her own: Piper (a 6 year old french bulldog) and Dylan (10 year old Mini Schnauzer Mix).

DESTINI ROSA
GROOMER

Destini is our talented groomer with two of her own pups joining her daily for daycare, Chicken and Tiffany. She has the motivation and patience to make your pup look his or her best while also knowing when to not push limits.
